VICTORIAN LABOUR HIRE LICENSE

The Labour Hire Licensing Authority is responsible for implementing the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018. The Act introduces a licensing scheme for providers of labour hire across all industry sectors.

From 30 October 2019 businesses must only use licensed labour hire providers or providers who have applied for a licence before 30 October 2019 and have not been refused, or face major penalties.

As a Labour Hire Provider Skillinvest has applied for a license to provide labour hire services under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018. Our application was submitted prior to 30th October which allows us to continue to provide labour hire services while the application is being assessed.

Skillinvest will advise our clients once we receive confirmation that our application has been accepted.
