Maddix Hughes undertook a traineeship with Skillinvest and completed a Certificate III in Business while working with host employer, Home Instead Horsham.

Maddix’s outstanding dedication and commitment to her traineeship and work at Home Instead led to her being nominated as a finalist in the Victorian Apprentice or Trainee of the Year category at the 2022 AEN Apprentice Training Awards.
