Building and Construction VETiS Students wrap up for the year

Our Regional 1st Year Building and Construction VETiS students awards have been announced for 2018. The students are judged on their ability to complete resource books, practical work and attitude. Our Winner this year was Blair Hogan from Birchip P-12 SCHOOL. Blair received a $50 voucher from Horsham Mitre 10. This year 2nd place was a highly contested award with no chance of picking just one recipient – the honours went to Johney Htoo from Nhill College, Xavier Oakley from Rainbow P-12 College and William Lutze from St Brigid’s College.

Our Regional 2nd Year Building and Construction VETiS students awards have been announced for 2018. Horsham Mitre 10 Kindly donated a $50 voucher for our lucky winner which goes to Jack Atkins from Goroke P-12 College. Our runner up was Callum Hayes from Holy Trinity Lutheran College who received a $20 Bunnings voucher.

Jack will now move on to start his apprenticeship next year with DJ Hogan Builders.
