Are you passionate about sports and eager to turn your passion into a rewarding career? Look no further! Natimuk & District Gymnastic Club is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Trainee in Sports Development.

Part-Time Employment: Secure a part-time position with competitive benefits and a chance to kickstart your career in sports development.

On-the-Job Training: Receive comprehensive on-the-job training while working towards achieving your Certificate IV in Sport Development.

Duties:

• Co-ordinate administrative duties, rostering and schedules
• Work closely with Head Coach, interacting with parents, gymnasts, staff and external bodies
• Take on beginner coaching roles.
• Social Media and Business' website
• Assist with events, birthday parties and future building utilisation
• Assisting on weekends for club competitions
• Store and retrieve data on computers

Requirements:

• Passion to work with children in sports and a desire to have a positive impact.
• Complete the fundamentals coaching course
• Willingness to learn and commit to on-the-job training.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, ability to motivate and encourage
• Basic understanding of sports-related principles.
