Are you passionate about hair and eager to learn from the best in the industry? Skillinvest are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate to commence a School Based Hairdressing Apprenticeship and join one of our host employers, a highly renowned salon based in Albert Park. If you're currently enrolled in school in Year 12, wanting a head start for your Hairdressing career, driven by creativity, love interacting with clients, and have a keen eye for the latest trends, we want to hear from you! With a School based apprenticeship, start your Certificate III in Hairdressing while still at school. You'll have a dedicated on site trainer and receive additional mentoring from a Skillinvest Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior stylists with hair cutting, coloring, and styling
• Learn and master a range of hairdressing techniques and services
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their comfort
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Pre requisites:

• Passion for hairdressing and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Currently studying Year 12 VCE VM with a keen interest in hairdressing is a must!
