Customer Service Officer

• Casual part-time role 12-18hrs p/week

Skillinvest is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a part-time casual position at The Stick Shed based in Murtoa, Victoria. We are seeking an individual available to work 2-3 shifts per week and has the flexibility to take on additional as required.

About you:

• Friendly and confident nature
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Reliable and flexible availability
• Great communication skills
• Drivers Licence and own transport

About the role:

• Greet visitors as the arrive to the premises
• Basic merchandising and sales
• Process cash and Eftpos transactions
• Schedule bookings in system
• Conduct tours to visitor groups
• Daily cleaning duties - toilets, reception
• General administration/reception duties
