Skillinvest has an opportunity for a motivated candidate to undertake a Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship with an establishment based in Pomonal. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the heart of the Grampians in a supported team environment.

Duties Include:

• Prepare and cook dishes under the guidance of experienced chefs
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Attend culinary classes and workbook sessions to develop your skills

Requirements:

• Passion for cooking and culinary arts
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
