Skillinvest School Based Trainee named as finalist in Victorian Training Awards

Milana Best, a School Based Trainee with Skillinvest, has been named a finalist in the prestigious Victorian Training Awards. Milana has been nominated in the category of School Based Apprentice or Trainee of the Year, a testament to her hard work and dedication.

Milana is currently enrolled in a Certificate III in Business with Skillinvest. As part of her traineeship, she is participating in the Victoria Police school-based program. This innovative program is specifically designed for students from Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds.

Throughout her traineeship, Milana has proven to be an invaluable asset to the police station. Her dedication, determination, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment have been commendable. She has gained extensive experience in various aspects of administration and business, understanding the integral role each department plays in community assistance.

Milana’s confidence and belief in her abilities have grown exponentially during her time with the program. She is committed to reaching her full potential and continues to strive for excellence in her field.
