Skillinvest has partnered with Converge International to provide our employees with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help them deal with any challenges, concerns or issues that may be affecting them at work or at home. This new EAP will be available from 1 March 2018 and is replacing the Risk to Business services. Skillinvest is making a commitment to all its employees by providing professional external support on issues that may be impacting on their health and wellbeing. Skillinvest is providing this benefit at no additional cost and is committed to making an investment in the health and wellbeing of all Skillinvest employees.
Converge International offers a confidential, personal coaching and counseling service that provides support for a variety of short-term issues 24/7. In addition to Employee Assist and Manager Assist, as part of a contemporary EAP model, Converge International provides additional service streams including EEO, Family Assist, Career Assist, Money Assist, Conflict Assist and Nutrition & Lifestyle Assist. These services give our employees access to qualified professionals including psychologists, social workers, specialist counsellors and management coaches.
